This Terms & Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“you”, “your”, “User”) and Denzour  Nutrition Pvt  Limited, having its registered office at Plot No 12B, Jasola District Centre, New Delhi – 110025, India (“Denzour Nutrition”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the website https://www.denzournutrition.com (“Website”), placing an order, or otherwise purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy) (collectively “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website or place an Order. 

 

1. Definitions 

1.1 “Order” means your offer to purchase one or more Products via our Website.
1.2 “Product(s)” means any goods (including supplements, accessories) listed for sale on the Website.
1.3 “User Account” means the account you create on the Website (if applicable).
1.4 “Export Order” means any Order placed for delivery outside India.
1.5 “Prepaid Payment” means full payment in advance, cleared funds, before we dispatch Products.

2. User Eligibility & Acceptance

2.1 You represent that you are of legal age to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
2.2 By placing an Order you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

 

3. Product Information & Invitation to Offer

3.1 Product descriptions, weights, dimensions, images, colours, capacities are approximate only. We attempt accuracy but do not guarantee perfection. 

3.2 All listings on the Website constitute an invitation to offer. Your submission of an Order constitutes your offer to purchase.
3.3 Our acceptance of your offer happens only when we dispatch the Product(s). At that point, the contract between us is formed. If we reject your offer or any part of it, you will be notified and any payment refunded. 

 

4. Prices, Taxes & Payment

4.1 All prices shown are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated, and include Goods & Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
4.2 Shipping, handling, duties, taxes may apply for Export Orders; you will be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or regulatory approvals in your country.
4.3 For Orders from outside India (Export Orders), we require Prepaid Payment in advance (“advance receipts against export contract”). For such Orders the relevant RBI Purpose Code is P0103.
4.4 Payment methods accepted, and payment must be cleared before dispatch. We may reject or cancel the Order if payment is not received or cleared.
4.5 We reserve the right to change prices, shipping charges or taxes at any time. However, if you have already placed an accepted Order, the price will not be changed for that Order.

 

5. Shipping, Delivery, Title & Risk

5.1 We dispatch Orders via our delivery network or nominated courier partners.
5.2 Delivery time‑estimates are indicative only and may vary due to geography, customs, force‑majeure, or third‑party delays.
5.3 Title to and risk of loss in the Product(s) pass to you when we deliver the Product(s) to the carrier for shipment to you.
5.4 For Export Orders you shall ensure any applicable import licences, approvals, customs clearance, duties and taxes have been or will be obtained/paid by you.

 

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

6.1 Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is available [link]. This Agreement incorporates that policy by reference.
6.2 If you wish to cancel an Order prior to dispatch, you may contact us but cancellation is at our discretion and subject to the policy.
6.3 Once the Product(s) are dispatched, you may not cancel or return them except as per the policy (for example in case of defective/wrong items).
6.4 Promotional items, sealed supplements, opened containers may not be returnable unless defective. You must follow the return procedure set out in the policy.

 

7. Use & Health Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

7.1 The Products sold are dietary supplements (or wellness/fitness products). They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, on medication or having a medical condition.
7.2 You assume all risk as to suitability of the Product(s) for your personal use, and any results derived therefrom.
7.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the Product(s) purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential losses, loss of profit, data or revenue even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

 

8. Intellectual Property & User Contributions

8.1 All content on the Website (including text, graphics, trademarks, logos, images, software) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

 8.2 You shall not copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, sell or exploit any part of the Website or its contents without our prior written permission.

 8.3 If you submit any reviews, comments, suggestions or other content (“User Content”) you grant us a non‑exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify and publish that User Content for any purpose.

 

9. Export / International Orders

9.1 Export Orders are subject to any export or import controls, customs duties and laws of the countries concerned.
9.2 We may refuse to process or dispatch an Export Order where you fail to provide necessary information, payment is not received, or where fulfilment would breach applicable law.
9.3 You accept that international shipments may be delayed, held by customs, or returned; any additional charges are your responsibility.

 

10. Amendments & Changes to Terms

10.1 We reserve the right to modify, update or amend these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion.
10.2 We will publish the updated Terms on the Website with a “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website or placing of Orders after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 

 

11. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

11.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
11.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
(Alternative: you may add arbitration clause if preferred).

 

12. Severability, Waiver & Assignment

12.1 If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12.2 No failure or delay by us in exercising any right or remedy shall operate as a waiver of such right or remedy.
12.3 You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without your consent.

 

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all earlier agreements, communications or understandings (whether verbal or written).

 

14.Denzour Nutrition Anniversary Sale

 

Sale Period:
The Denzour Nutrition Anniversary Sale starts from 2nd May and will be valid for a limited period only, unless extended or withdrawn by the company.

2. Surprise Gift Terms

A surprise gift will be provided on eligible orders placed during the sale period.

The type of gift will be decided by Denzour Nutrition and may vary from order to order.

Customers cannot choose, exchange, replace, or demand a specific gift.

Free gifts are subject to stock availability.

In case any gift is unavailable, Denzour Nutrition reserves the right to provide an alternative gift of equal or lower value.

Gift color, size, model, design, and variant may vary depending on availability.

The free gift is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

3. Cashback Terms

Cashback is not guaranteed for every order unless specifically mentioned.

Cashback is part of the surprise gift campaign and selected customers may receive cashback up to 100% of their eligible order value.

The cashback amount and winner selection will be decided by Denzour Nutrition through its internal campaign process, system, or lucky reward allocation.

Cashback may be issued as store credit, coupon code, wallet credit, or discount voucher, as decided by Denzour Nutrition.

Cashback will not be provided as direct bank transfer, UPI transfer, or cash payment unless specifically confirmed by the company.

100% cashback, if awarded, will be calculated on the eligible paid order value only. Shipping charges, COD charges, taxes, handling charges, discounts, gift cards, and other non-product charges may be excluded.

 

4. Cashback Validity

Cashback/store credit will be issued only after the order is successfully delivered and verified.

Denzour Nutrition may issue cashback after the return, cancellation, and RTO risk period is completed.

Cashback/store credit validity will be mentioned at the time of issuance.

Cashback/store credit can be used only on the Denzour Nutrition website.

Cashback/store credit cannot be transferred to another customer account.

Cashback/store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

5. Returns, Cancellations & RTO

If an order is cancelled, returned, refunded, rejected, or marked as RTO, the customer will not be eligible for the free gift or cashback.

If a free gift has already been dispatched with the order and the customer returns the order, the free gift must also be returned in unused and original condition.

If the gift is not returned, Denzour Nutrition may deduct the gift value from the refund amount.

If cashback/store credit has already been issued and the order is later cancelled, refunded, returned, or found invalid, Denzour Nutrition reserves the right to reverse, cancel, or adjust the cashback/store credit.

 

6. COD Orders

COD orders may be eligible for surprise gifts only after successful delivery and payment confirmation.

Cashback eligibility for COD orders may be restricted or delayed until successful delivery verification.

Denzour Nutrition reserves the right to exclude COD orders from cashback rewards to prevent misuse, fake orders, or RTO abuse.

 

7. Fraud & Misuse

Any fraudulent activity, fake order, duplicate account, bulk ordering for misuse, payment abuse, return abuse, or suspicious activity may lead to cancellation of the gift, cashback, order, or customer eligibility.

Denzour Nutrition reserves the right to verify customer details before issuing any gift or cashback.

 

8. Product Availability

Sale prices, discounts, offers, and gifts are subject to stock availability.

Denzour Nutrition reserves the right to change, modify, pause, cancel, or withdraw any offer without prior notice.

Product images, gift images, and creative visuals used in the campaign are for representation purposes only.

Actual gift may vary from the image shown.

 

9. Final Decision

The decision of Denzour Nutrition regarding offer eligibility, gift allocation, cashback amount, cashback issuance, and dispute resolution shall be final and binding.

By placing an order during the sale period, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
