Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

Since our products are consumables (supplements, powders, etc.), we cannot accept returns if the product has been opened, used, or the tamper‑evident seal has been broken.

We accept returns only if the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (i.e., the wrong product, flavour, size, or quantity).

To request a return, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at help@denzournutrition.com including your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

For damaged or missing components/parts, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at help@denzournutrition.com referencing your order number.


Return Process

After we receive your request and approve it, we will provide instructions for you to ship the item back or arrange a pick‑up from your location (depending on your region).

The item must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, with all accessories and documentation.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will assess its condition to determine your eligibility for a replacement or refund.


Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original mode of payment within 7‑10 business days of receiving the returned item (please note that actual crediting may take additional days depending on your bank or payment provider).


For orders placed outside India, refunds may take longer due to international banking and currency processing timelines. Refunds are only initiated after we receive and inspect the returned product.

 

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge within 10 hours of placing it or before the item is dispatched (whichever occurs first).

To cancel, please contact us immediately at help@denzournutrition.com with your order number.

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible; you may initiate a return (subject to this policy) after delivery.

 

Non‑returnable and Non‑cancellable Items

Opened or used products, broken tamper seals, or items damaged by customer misuse are not eligible for return.

 

Consumer Rights

This policy is offered in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E‑commerce) Rules, 2020. Nothing in this policy shall affect your statutory rights.
