Shipping Policy

Once you place an order, you will receive an email & message confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order.

 

A second email & message will be sent once your order is dispatched. This message will include tracking details and serve as confirmation of order acceptance.

 

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. Orders are only dispatched on business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

Our standard delivery time is between 2 to 6 days, depending on your location. Delivery days do not include Sundays or public holidays.

 

We ship internationally to select countries, and delivery timelines may vary based on the destination and customs clearance.

 

We ship through multiple trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the delivery progress.

 

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in original condition. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
